Xbox 360 Wheel Stand on a budget
It's a pretty crude build but it works and it's cheap.
Here's the dimensions:
3 boards - 2" x 4" x 24" (wide pieces on the floor; one goes behind petals)
2 boards - 2" x 4" x 58" (long pieces on floor; outside wide pieces)
2 boards - 2" x 6" x 18" (tall pieces for wheel stand)
1 board - 2" x 6" x 28" (wide piece for wheel stand; inside tall pieces)
I also used some large bolts with a round part on the end to allow the wheel stand to fold down. I might drill another hole so I can move the wheel stand forward so that it's easier for shorter players to use. I think that the wood and hardware was under $15 (Home Depot). I used drywall screws to secure it and used my hand saw and cordless drill too. The build time was about an hour and a half. It would have been faster if my circular saw didn't crap out on me. I'm using an old car seat for the chair (stock from my bmw; replaced in the car with recaro).
